Due to the nature of the service, which includes time-based consulting, digital product access, and software usage, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are uncertain about whether this service is right for you, we encourage you to book a discovery call prior to subscribing.

Upon cancellation:
Your access to consulting services, audits, messaging support, and technical support will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.Your subscription will automatically transition to our Elite360 Software-Only Plan at a rate of $97/month, which provides continued access to the software platform but no consulting or support.
To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, please submit your cancellation request at least thirty (30) business days prior to your next billing date.
